Went to see Dream Nights at the Key Theatre last Saturday. Had to try hard not to compare it to the last production I saw, but it was still good. Why is it that young people who putt a great deal of work and energy into crating something as entertaining as this show was, get very little attention from any one other than their friends and relatives. The same thought carries over to all those other young people who put their time to good use, either in sport, the arts or indeed, doing a job when they are on holiday. What a sad reflection on our society that if those thirty plus young people had run riot thought the city of Peterborough, they would not have been out of the news for weeks. It does not need any skill to be a nuisance; it hardly needs any brain power. Yet these kind of irritants will be paraded all over the news papers, so that their contemporaries can see that they are famous. So, to redress the balance, well done to the young people who put on a great and entertaining show in Peterborough, and well done to all those other young people around the country who have also given so much joy to all their friends and relatives.
